Many law firms get their marketing focus wrong by spending too much time explaining how the law works and why it works that way. Whilst that may prove expertise, it often comes across as overwhelming and does not help to connect with the clients you are trying to help.
When a client visits your website or reads the articles you publish, they are usually looking for the solution to a problem that they are currently facing. This means that they are usually stressed, uncertain, and looking for someone to help them find a way forward. They do not want to know how the law operates. Instead, they want to know you understand it (so they do not have to) and are able to help them fix their problems.
I help law firms by developing marketing strategies that are entirely human focused. My strategies resonate with the issues that clients face and help them connect with the amazing legal professionals that will make their lives a lot easier.
